Aqua Lab Technologies understands the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable Shipping. We work hard to ship your order safely and securely with minimal wait time. Normally, orders ship on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During sale periods, order processing may be delayed by a day or two.
Shipping Insurance

Packaging Information
All orders are sent in plain brown packaging or standard USPS Priority Mail Boxes with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and UPS require a return address label on your parcel. Aqua Lab Technologies does show as the return shipping address.
We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that someone over the age of 18 be available to receive it when it arrives.
We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship orders over the weekend or on holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in thecarrier'ss system once your tracking number arrives via email.
Aqua Lab Technologies will not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been shipped. You will need to contact the carrier who delivered the package directly for these issues. If your order arrives with broken or missing contents, please notify us within 48 hours.
Free Shipping applies to domestic orders only. To receive free Shipping, your order must total $125 or more after all discounts are applied and before taxes and Shipping are applied.
International Shipping, Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of the United States are considered international shipments. They may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other fees required by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless specifically stated at checkout. Any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or related charges are thecustomer'ss responsibility.
Customs fees are determined by the destinationcountry'ss customs authority and/or the shipping carrier at the time of import. The final amount may depend on several factors, including the product type, declared value, country of origin, destination country, local tax rates, and carrier processing requirements.
Because these charges are assessed by government agencies and/or shipping carriers outside of our control, we are unable to calculate, guarantee, reduce, or waive them in advance.
By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, clearance charges, or other charges required for delivery.
If customs delay a package, refuse, return, abandon, or undeliverable due to unpaid customs charges, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, import restrictions, or thecustomer'ss failure to complete required customs procedures, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping costs, carrier fees, storage fees, disposal fees, or other charges incurred. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
