Lisa of Lisa's Pieces Glass began working in the glass medium in 1998, and had established her first studio by the name of Amorphous Glass back in 2000. She took some private glass lessons from fellow artist Banjo to help sculpt and define her personal style, and in 2007 she would go on to win the first Female Flame-Off in Chicago. Lisa is no stranger to artistic creativity and ambition, as she comes from a long line of established artists of various backgrounds on her father's side. She is known for her heady and functional glass pipes and pendants, but her current passion is focusing her talents on creating hollow work as well as aspects of realism within motion in her glass art. She has been in the industry for almost 20 years, and now offers glass blowing classes in her studio.
