We are back open and shipping orders. Please expect delays up to 7 business days with all carriers.
We are working our hardest to keep our Aqua Lab customers happy during this time by fulfilling orders while maintaining compliance with state regulations. Some delays are out of our control.
We do not accept any responsibility for packages once they are in the carriers hands.
Current shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
Processing and Travel Times: Currently all carriers have announced shipping delays. The ESTIMATED time frame shown at checkout is currently incorrect. All travel times are delayed 2-6 business days. Shipping times start once the package is picked up from the actual carrier not when your order is placed.
After you’ve placed an order, please allow 2-3 business days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.
Due to health regulations, our reduced hours and the possibility of having to close the facility any day due to COVID-19, we will not be accepting returns or exchanges at this time. Please make sure you are 100% happy with your shopping bag before finalizing your order. Again, we strongly suggest adding Route Shipping Insurance at checkout. This will protect you from any mistakes the shipping carriers may make during this hectic time. In the event you receive an incorrect item from us, please email us (info@aqualabtechnologies.com) with a photo of what was received and we will get you taken care of.
We are sorry our retail location will remain closed. To ensure the safety of our team and to keep up with fulfilling our online orders safely and efficiently, our retail Bong Shop will remain closed until further notice. We genuinely appreciate our local customers and enjoy seeing you on a regular basis. However, we can not offer will-call or curbside pick up at this time with the reduced work hours. We do hope you understand and continue to order online.
New arrivals are still being added to the website on a consistent basis. Unfortunately, with COVID-19 regulations changing daily across the world, we cannot quote on times for product restocks. We are working with all our vendors extending patience to them as they figure out how to navigate the pandemic as well. The best way to know when an item returns to AquaLabTechnologies.com is to sign up on the product page to be notified once the product is back in inventory. Please check our Instagram feed and New Products collection frequently as well.
