Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email from Aqua Lab Technologies. Inside that email, you’ll find:

  • Your order number

  • The shipping carrier handling your package

  • A tracking link you can click to see the latest updates


How to Track Your Order

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email we sent after your order was processed.

  2. Click the tracking link included in the email.

  3. You’ll be taken to the carrier’s website, where you can see the current status and estimated delivery date.


What if I Can’t Find My Shipping Email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folder — it may land there.

  • Still can’t find it? Contact our Customer Support team with your name and order number, and we’ll resend your tracking details.


Shipping & Tracking Notes

  • Most orders ship within 1–2 business days.

  • Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created.

  • All orders are shipped fast, safe, and discreet.
