What is Aqua Lab Technologies' return policy?
- Aqua Lab Technologies accepts returns on unused products within 7 days of delivery.
- Please get in touch with the manufacturer directly and follow their return policy for assistance with your product.
- We do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances.
- Returns due to personal preference will incur a 15% restocking fee.
- Please be informed that for orders that used the Free Shipping option, any processed returns will be subject to a shipping fee. This means that the shipping cost incurred during the initial delivery, which was waived under the Free Shipping option, will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if an item arrives broken?
- Using a proprietary packaging process, we ensure that more than 99.8% of packages arrive in the same flawless condition they left our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event you receive a broken, incorrect, or mislabeled product, please file a claim with our support team within 4 days of delivery using the link below.
- You must provide an order number and 2-3 clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.
- We will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost.
- We may request that you return the defective item at no additional cost (we'll provide a prepaid label).

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
- If your package is returned to the sender due to an invalid address, we will issue a refund for the order. You can reorder whenever you like.

How do I file a return?
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may file a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Claims for damaged items or missing items must be made within 24 hours.

Do you offer exchanges?
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or flawed products from the manufacturer.

Can I return a broken item?

Can I return a used item?
- We do not accept returns on used items. There are no exceptions to this rule.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
- Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund within 1-2 days. Please allow 2-4 days for your bank to clear the funds.
