Shipping Information

Aqua Lab Technologies understands the importance of bringing our customers fast, dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible. However, during sale times, orders may be delayed 3 to 4 business days before shipping 

Please note, we do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.  Aqua Lab Technologies is not responsible for packages lost  or damaged by shipping carriers.


Can I ship my order to another address such as my work address?

Yes, You can choose to ship your order to another address. Just choose “Ship to another Address” during the checkout process. All payment methods allow for shipping to another address except American Express.  Your shipping and billing address must match to use American Express for payment.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes we do – we can ship to any P.O. Box address. USPS only. FedEx does not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Do you ship COD?

NO- we do not ship COD.


How do I calculate my shipping costs?

The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will be shown the cost of shipping, as well as given an option to choose a shipping method before finalizing your order.


FREE shipping for domestic orders that total $100.00 or more!

We provide a free shipping option on orders totaling $100.00 or more. Orders must weigh less than 15 lbs. to qualify for Free Shipping.  For small packages we use USPS Mail, FedEx home delivery, or UPS Ground services. Free Shipping in the USA only (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are not included). For large items we may use FedEx Home Delivery. Free shipping offer only applies to orders shipped in the U.S.A.


Shipping Methods

For fast and reliable shipping, we exclusively ship through USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Ground or Home Delivery and UPS Ground for free shipping packages. Currently only USPS is available at checkout. If you wish for your order to ship via FedEx or UPS ground please contact us before placing your order. Orders received before 12pm PT (Mon-Fri) are usually shipped the same day, however we do reserve the right to take up to 2 business days to process your order before shipping out. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note FedEx Home Delivery does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. USPS does not deliver on Sundays and national holidays. Aqua Lab Technologies does not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

We ship responsibly and discreetly. We package all of our orders in either discreet plain brown boxes or standard USPS Priority Mail Packaging as much as possible. Some products do ship directly from the manufacturer, using their packaging. For more information on what your package will look like please contact us.  If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers or tape indicating FRAGILE or FRAGILE GLASS, if required.

Standard Continental US Ground Delivery


USPS Priority Mail

USPS Priority Mail is the fastest, most reliable shipping method for lightweight products. Every order is given a delivery confirmation number, allowing you to follow your package via the USPS website. The average parcel spends less than 48 hours in transit, and deliveries are made every day except Sunday. USPS will deliver to every address in the United States including PO Box, APO/FPO. For lighter and smaller packages, Aqua Lab Technologies may choose to ship via USPS to ensure faster delivery. Refer to the map below for a detailed estimate of transit time using USPS Priority shipping.

USPS Priority Mail Express orders must be submitted before 12pm PT to ship the following day. Any Priority Express orders placed after 12pm PT will be shipped the next business day.



FedEx Home Delivery and Ground services takes between 1-5 business days to deliver each package. Orders must weigh under 70lbs to ship this method.  FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

International Delivery

Aqua Lab Technologies will ship to nearly any location in the world. We provide one International shipping option: USPS.  Shipping charges are determined by the weight and size of your order.

International orders take 2 business days for processing before shipping out.  International Orders can take 4 to 10 days on average to be delivered.

Aqua Lab Technologies is not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are shipped international.  Due to other Countries Customs/Duties and International Transportation Laws, we cannot always guarantee safe and secure shipping when shipping outside the United States. 

Tracking your Package

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that contains your tracking number and links to track your order online at and the shipping carriers website. Again, we cannot guarantee the delivery time estimates we receive from USPS or FedEx.

Once the package leaves our warehouse and has been scanned into the USPS or FedEx tracking system, we will do all we can to ensure that it arrives without unnecessary delays. However, Aqua Lab Technologies cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen and unavoidable delays while the package is in the care of USPS or FedEx. Also, it is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even additional fees, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is en route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if  FedEx charges the customer an extra fee.

The USPS or FedEx delivery person at his or her discretion may choose to leave the package at the door.  Aqua Lab Technologies will not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after it has been delivered. We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and that there be someone over the age of 18 to receive the package when it arrives.

Holiday Shipping

Orders do not ship on holidays. Please consider that when you are ordering three day, two day, or one day shipping. Any orders placed on the days listed below will not ship out until the next business day

Packaging Information


All orders are sent in plain brown packaging with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and FedEx both require us to have a return address label on your parcel. Aqua Lab’s full name and logo are not visible on the packaging. Our return address on the shipping label reads as:

Large orders placed with USPS or FedEx delivery methods will arrive well protected with padding, in sealed plain boxes. Again, your package will not allude to the contents.

Signature Requirements

Aqua Lab Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements can not be waived once your package has shipped.

We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.
