Gift Card Policy

Purchasing and delivery

• Gift cards are digital products delivered to the email address provided during purchase.
• Please verify the recipient’s email address before completing the order.
• Delivery can occasionally be delayed while an order undergoes payment or fraud review.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to shop with Aqua Lab Technologies.

Redeeming a gift card

• Enter the unique gift card code in the gift card or discount code field during checkout. A customer account is not required.
• Gift cards may be used toward merchandise, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
• If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount may be paid using another payment method accepted at checkout.
• If the full balance is not used, the remaining value stays on the same gift card for a future order.
• More than one gift card may be applied to an order.
• A gift card may be used on an order that also includes an eligible discount code. Individual promotion terms and checkout restrictions still apply.

Balances, expiration, and fees

• Aqua Lab Technologies gift cards do not expire and do not have service, maintenance, or inactivity fees.
• The current balance can be checked using the balance link in the original gift card email.
• Gift cards cannot be reloaded or used to purchase another gift card.

Refunds and cash redemption

• Gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by applicable law.
• When an eligible merchandise refund is issued for an order paid with a gift card, the applicable amount is generally returned to the original gift card balance.
• Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.

Lost, stolen, or misused codes

Treat a gift card code like cash. Aqua Lab Technologies is not responsible for a code that is lost, stolen, delivered to an incorrect email address supplied by the purchaser, or used without permission.

If a code does not work or you believe it was used without authorization, contact customer support. We may require the order number, purchaser information, and proof of purchase before investigating or replacing a code.

Fraud, resale, and promotional use

• We may cancel or hold a gift card order associated with suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, abuse, or a violation of our terms.
• Gift cards may be given to another person but may not be resold, exchanged for value, or used in commercial promotions without written permission from Aqua Lab Technologies.
• Our name, logo, and trademarks may not be used to advertise or promote gift cards without prior written approval.

Additional terms

Use of a gift card is subject to this policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by applicable law, including the laws of the State of California, without limiting any rights that cannot legally be waived.

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. Changes will not reduce any gift card rights protected by applicable law.
