Shipping Information
Aqua Lab Technologies understands the importance of providing our customers with fast shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the shortest wait time possible. Orders typically ship on the same business day (excluding weekends and holidays). During sale periods, order processing times may be delayed by one to two days.
Packaging Information
All orders are sent in plain brown packaging or standard USPS Priority Mail Boxes with no graphics or text except for the shipping label. The shipping label contains your delivery address and a barcode, which represents your order number. USPS and UPS require us to have a return address label on your parcel. Aqua Lab Technologies shows as the return shipping address.
Signature Requirements
Aqua Lab Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons. Signature requirements can not be waived once your package has shipped.
We strongly recommend that customers track their package frequently and have someone over the age of 18 available to receive it upon arrival.
We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments. All visible shipping times are estimates. If you select a guaranteed shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 3 Day Select, your guarantee time will be determined once the label is printed and the carrier has picked up your package. USPS Priority Express Mail orders must be placed before 10:30 am PST to ship the same day. USPS Priority Express Mail orders do not guarantee overnight delivery. Your guaranteed arrival time is determined once a USPS carrier picks up your order.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your tracking number via email.
Aqua Lab Technologies will not be responsible for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been shipped. You will need to contact the carrier who delivered the package directly for these issues. If your order arrives with broken or missing contents, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Shipping applies to domestic orders only. To receive shipping, your order must total $125 after all discounts are applied and before shipping charges are applied.
