Awesome!

I ordered this bong on Friday and it arrived on Monday! I am so happy with the quality of the piece and this thing RIPS!!! The bowl I received had a small imperfection/crack, I emailed customer service and got a reply immediately that they are sending me a new bowl piece! It is supposed to arrive Friday (today is Tuesday). So impressed with the quickness of the customer service & shipping team. Customer for life!!! Don't sleep on this piece!!
