Good service
I ordered a roor but when it came it did not have the authentication tag on it. Emailed Auqa labs and they got me a label right away to ship it back to them. They got it sent to roor and authenticated and had the tag and got it sent back to me asap. Very much appreciate the quick responsiveness and the eagerness to assist me. Love my new piece
